Returns
You can return any product purchased at lyofood.com within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification. Products can be returned as long as they are in their original and undamaged state. Returns are made at the customer's expense.
Please send back the completed return form along with the products.
If you are unable to print the form, please submit a written statement.
Please provide your name, address, email address, order or invoice number, and the list of products you would like to return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used to make the purchase. If you want the refund to be transferred to another account, please provide the transfer details in the return form. If another product was added to the purchased goods at a promotional price or as a free product, it must be sent back along with the returned goods.

Claims
You can submit a claim up to 3 days after opening the package.
If you feel that the product you received is defective, damaged, or not in accordance with your order, please fill out the online below.

The complaint must contain the following:
• the claimant's name and address
• details of the products being complained about (name, serving size, lot number)
• a photo (if possible), a description of the issue and
• when the defect was first noticed, as well as, if applicable, any relevant circumstances supporting the complaint
• the claimant's request
• the date of the complaint
• consent for data processing if the notice is sent via email
Once we have agreed on the details, we will arrange to pick up the shipment at your convenience. Your claim will be processed within 14 days after we receive the shipment.
