LYO FORMULA is a 100% plant-based sports hydration system developed in collaboration with Chloë Lanthier, an elite mountain athlete and sports medicine consultant with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's in Science of Biomechanics & Human Performance. Together we have rethought endurance sport hydration and come up with a solution. It consists of three drinks that support your body before, during, and after a workout. In LYO FORMULA, there are no additives, preservatives, sweeteners, colorings, or extra flavors.
